Braised Green Chili Chicken Tacos (to-go)
Diego Pops is hand down one of the best restaurants in Scottsdale. The happy hour is !!!!!!!!. Flautas, soup, ceviche, all taste authentic. I haven't tried other spots in the area, I keep coming back to Diego pops. ?
Brussels Sprout Nachos*
I keep coming back here just for these. They're absolutely spectacular. One of my favorite things to eat. I just had some last night and I'm tempted to come back again today for more. All of the flavors come together to create magic in your mouth. 10000/10 recommended to anyone and everyone

Brussels Sprout Nachos*
Probably my top ultimate favorite go to menu item. I ordered it every time I go & it's never been a disappointment. Great toppings & cheesy deliciousness & wash it down with one the flavored margaritas, all good, so don't have just 1 to pick. Every one of my guest that fly's in to visit, this is the place I take them too & they have all raved as I do about the Brussel Sprout Nachos! They remember & always want to return when coming back to visit.
Dip Trio
It's the best dips you can have. The salsa not too hot but perfect, great guac, and good corn cheese.
Charred Skirt Steak*
So good great flavor and the guacamole salsa trio is amazing
Horchata Agua Fresca
OMG YES, this is nothing far from absolute awsomeness. They definitely have the best horchata in the valley no exaggeration (I am Mexican so I know!) When it comes to THE Diego Pops horchata we do not play because the taste consistency and the smell is just the best.
Beef Machaca*
This place is a must! I had such a wonderful time at a company event held here at Diego Pops. I was lucky enough to have chicken AND beef tacos (flour and corn tortillas) with a generous side of fried plantains. YUM! The chips and salsa were delicious as well, I'm so glad the salsa was actually spicy! There was guacamole and a variety of sauces for my tacos to try also. I had a refreshing mojito to go along with my meal too. Not only were the food and drinks great but the service was top-notch! I appreciate all the hard work that was put into the fantastic evening I was able to be a part of. Thank you Diego Pops staff!
